Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our holiday support team via email with your order number and the specific festive items you wish to return.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original Southwood branding and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our team and securely attach it to the outside of your box.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned ornaments or greenery, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.
